Perfect Clinic Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Royal Canin, part of Mars, is looking for a Perfect Clinic Manager for its Sales Acceleration Team in Bucharest. The role is hybrid and focuses on leading the design and deployment of the Perfect Clinic program across markets in the cluster, turning category and portfolio priorities into clear execution principles. It suits someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, influencing stakeholders and turning vision into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of the Perfect Clinic program across markets in the cluster, translating category and portfolio priorities into execution principles.
• Define and continuously evolve the Perfect Clinic Picture of Success, covering knowledge, clinic experience, recommendation and assortment standards.
• Partner with Sales Teams to ensure strong engagement, effective implementation and consistent execution in veterinary clinics.
• Collaborate with Category, Portfolio and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximise business impact.
• Use customer, market and shopper insights to identify opportunities and improve clinic execution standards.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring the effectiveness of Perfect Clinic and Nutrition 360 initiatives.
• Organise and support training programmes so sales associates deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Share local market insights and best practices with regional teams while adapting global strategies to local needs.

Required profile

• Experience in Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Development, Shopper Insights or a related commercial function.
• Strong understanding of customer-facing environments and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in B2B environments and collaborating across multiple teams and markets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
