Lead, Customer Contact and Sales Tools Management

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Lead for Customer Contact and Sales Tools Management in Bucharest. The role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week spent in an HPE office. It covers the management of sales tools and capabilities, including the SFDC platform, and acts as the main interface between sales and IT, vendors and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and process owners to manage new capability requests, assess impacts and document requirements according to platform and compliance standards.
• Act as the central contact for new features and changes, evaluating impacts on the SFDC platform and collaborating with other capabilities, Advanced Admin and IT.
• Own end-to-end delivery of SFDC capability releases, from scope and design through testing and validation, with sign-off at each phase.
• Provide tool and process documentation for training and change management, and run read-outs for stakeholders and support teams.
• Review Salesforce.com releases and recommend new features and roadmaps with Advanced Admin.
• Monitor production cases, support MADO integrations and define scenarios for changes affecting Sales, Partner and HPE Operations personas.
• Protect the SF environment, ensure consistent user experience and functionality, and drive process and operational improvements.
• Support sales M&A due diligence and integration of acquisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business management or equivalent.
• Typically 6 to 10 years of experience.
• Experience designing and implementing process and tools management frameworks for sales capabilities.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, able to interface with directors and VPs.
