Sales Stylist - Full Time

About the role

Levi's is looking for a full-time Sales Stylist for its store in Timisoara Shopping City, Romania. Stylists are at the heart of the in-store experience, helping customers express themselves, feel confident and find their perfect fit. The position is open to current Levi's employees, who apply through their Workday account.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one-to-one service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms and stock management
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming

Required profile

• A love for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning and development
• Pride in delivering high-quality service that reflects the Levi's brand values
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
