Group Lean HR Project Manager

About the role

Euromaster, a wholly owned Michelin group subsidiary, is hiring a Group Lean HR Project Manager in Voluntari. The role studies and builds the HR Service Center, delivering lean and professional HR services for all One Network activities of the Euromaster Group. Its main goal is maximum operational efficiency through InTouch/Workday, harmonizing practices across subsidiaries. The project runs in two phases: first operational excellence in the Learning scope, then expansion of the shared services model to other HR domains, with synergies with Michelin's Corporate Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mandatory training campaigns (group and local): create data collection templates, define communication workflows with countries, and run InTouch training campaigns with checks and reminders.
• Build a steering tool from InTouch Learn and 360Learning data to track group training priorities such as SCM, SMR and safety modules.
• Act as tools specialist for the L&D community on InTouch Learn (Workday) and 360Learning LCMS, and ensure data quality in the training catalog.
• Operationalize the invoicing process for franchises buying learning modules.
• Benchmark Michelin's CBS structure to identify shared services in recruitment, HR administration and learning logistics, and map them by country.
• Define the target operating model centered in Bucharest, estimate productivity gains, and schedule the transfer of activities over 2026-2027.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Workday (InTouch); solid knowledge of 360Learning is highly desirable.
• Ability to turn country-specific needs into standardized processes with a Lean approach, and to build executive BI dashboards.
• Attention to detail on HR data quality, hygiene and compliance.
• English at C1 level is mandatory; French is a strong advantage.
• Able to influence stakeholders and drive change among local HR teams without direct authority, and adaptable between operational tasks and strategic projects.
