HR Administrator with French

About the role

Michelin is looking for an HR Administrator fluent in French and English to ensure smooth administrative processes across the Human Resources area. You will support employee life‑cycle events, maintain confidential files and act as a key liaison between internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative processes such as terminations, contracts, transfers, maternity, illness and disputes.
• Perform non‑standard operations requiring specific file knowledge and ensure timely, quality execution.
• Anticipate employee life events (contract end, return from absence, retirement) and coordinate with partners.
• Provide data analysis, support HR tools (time‑management system, personnel management system) and resolve escalated queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and documentation enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced level of French and English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Team‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
