HR Operations Analyst (French)

About the role

Michelin is looking for a bilingual HR Operations Analyst to join its Shared Services Center in Bucharest. The role focuses on supporting employees and managers through the Workday platform while ensuring data accuracy and a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Workday queries via ServiceNow tickets, covering personal data updates, bank changes, dependents, transfers and other lifecycle events.
• Perform mass data uploads, validation and reporting to maintain high data quality in Workday.
• Collaborate with the Pune team on testing, validation and deployment in both test and production environments.
• Maintain and improve chatbot content, knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues, process gaps and propose enhancements to Workday processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (B2+) and professional English.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Customer‑focused mindset and confidence in taking initiative.
• Experience in HR operations is a plus.
