Senior Associate - HRO, Employee Lifecycle Management

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Senior Associate for its HRO team, focused on employee lifecycle management. The role covers onboarding, performance management, benefits, employee relations, training and offboarding, and is based in Romania with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the new employee onboarding process so that employees integrate smoothly into the organisation.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in line with company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to keep a positive work environment.
• Monitor and track employee development and training programmes to foster professional growth.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures for smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Advanced French (C1 level).
• Preferred certifications: PHR (Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning), SHRM-CP (Protouch), or SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management).
