Senior Workday Functional Consultant (HRIS)

About the role

Ayvens is looking for a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to join its HRIS deployment project. Reporting to the HR Technology & Data Director and working within the HR business teams, the role covers the integration landscape built throughout the Workday (HRIS) project, provides expertise in end-to-end HR business process modelling and takes part in all project activities. It is a fixed-term position of 2 years.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the Workday Cloud HR transformation and support the project team in design and validation workshops
• Support the design, development and implementation of Workday solutions such as HCM, Recruitment and Reporting
• Collect and document business requirements, create process documentation and workflows, and build and support the HR transformation process with minimal guidance from subject matter experts
• Support Workday configuration and release management, and play a key role in testing end-to-end business processes and configuration
• Support HR training, data cleaning, conversion and validation, and provide 2nd line support to HR colleagues and complete Workday transactions as needed
• Design and implement requirements in Workday, prototype configurations, and hold working sessions with HR to gather and analyse requirements
• Act as security admin in Workday, handle mass uploads, organisational changes and yearly position management, and maintain documentation and processes

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday in implementation projects (5+ years)
• Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects (SAP Talent Suite, Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors or other HR technology)
• HR administrator experience with a business application of more than 10,000 users, and HRIS implementation experience (ideally 3+ years)
• At least 2 years' experience in a consulting environment and excellent client communication skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written; French or German as a second language desirable
• Eligible to travel and work across Europe on short notice
