About the role

We are looking for a motivated university student to join our Human Resources team in Brasov for a two‑month paid internship. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding and daily HR support while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements and screening initial CVs.
• Help prepare onboarding documents and archive employee files.
• Support the HR department in daily tasks and learn internal HR workflows.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Management, Business, Literature or related fields).
• Strong desire to learn, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Positive attitude, organized and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable using the internet and standard computer applications.
