Talent Acquisition Partner – Ukrainian Language

You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, partner directly with Hiring Managers and proactively identify and engage talent in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and successful hiring.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing channels, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, sharing talent market insights, managing expectations and ensuring a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Manage recruitment activity in line with agreed SLAs, compliance requirements and internal standards, while maintaining accurate recruitment data and contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced Ukrainian and English (C1 level); Russian (B2+) is a plus.
• 3+ years of hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in an international or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, Hiring Manager partnership and offer negotiation.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/recruitment systems and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
