Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team of Airbus Defence and Space in Bucharest. You will act as a trusted consultant to local leadership, building pipelines of innovators and leaders that enable Airbus to meet future challenges. The role combines local agility with the global standards of the Airbus Group.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to local leadership and hiring managers, assessing talent needs and creating compelling job profiles.
• Drive the talent ramp‑up for the Romanian expansion, managing end‑to‑end recruitment across technical, operational, and strategic profiles.
• Define proactive sourcing strategies using modern channels, AI tools, and social media such as LinkedIn to engage active and passive talent.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, apply modern assessment methodologies and guide selection decisions.
• Collaborate with Group HR functions and Employment Communities of Practice to ensure alignment with global guidelines and Romanian labour law.
• Represent Airbus at university fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding and early‑career pipelines.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of proven Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably in a matrix‑organized international corporation (aerospace, high‑tech or engineering).
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting or ramp‑up projects.
• Advanced skills in direct sourcing, ATS management and digital recruitment trends.
• Knowledge of Romanian employment practices and hiring regulations.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Romanian.
• Strong alignment with Airbus core values such as Customer Focus, Integrity and Teamwork.
