Organizational Change Manager

About the role

The Organizational Change Manager will support Bosch Service Solutions in designing, implementing and continuously improving its change management approach. You will work closely with project, business and service delivery teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools and organisational transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Change Management methodology, including training, adoption and readiness measures.
• Assess impact of project‑related changes on teams, functions, regions and plants, identifying risks and defining mitigation actions.
• Identify key stakeholders, understand their concerns and create targeted engagement strategies.
• Produce communication and change materials tailored to specific audiences, explaining objectives, upcoming changes and benefits.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings and information sessions for different stakeholder groups.
• Collect and analyse feedback to detect resistance, risks and opportunities, and adjust the change plan accordingly.
• Coordinate with the service delivery team to align change management, communication, training and project implementation activities.
• Drive internal communication through newsletters, blog posts, presentations and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Professional experience in communication, change management, organizational transformation or a similar area.
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative approach in complex project environments.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops, training or engagement sessions.
• Good spoken and written English.
