Department Leader Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a visionary and organized HR Department Leader to coordinate all operational human resources activities for our company. You will lead a team of eight specialists, manage relationships with authorities and senior management, and ensure that ethics, compliance, and performance standards are embedded in every HR process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Oversee legal aspects of hiring, contract amendments, and terminations.
• Draft, update, and implement internal procedures, job descriptions, and the Internal Rules and Regulations.
• Participate in collective labor agreement negotiations and disciplinary investigations.
• Provide data for audits and maintain contact with state institutions (ITM, AJOFM, CAS, CASS, etc.).
• Supervise payroll calculations and ensure timely tax and labor declarations.
• Generate confidential reports, analyses, and statistics for management.
• Propose process innovations and support internal projects.
• Ensure optimal functioning of digital tools such as Google Drive, Workday, and Charisma.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the HR team, conducting feedback sessions, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating an HR department (preferably in a leadership role).
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration, and payroll.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and strict adherence to ethics and compliance standards.
• Advanced level of English.
• Process‑improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
