Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead our Brasov office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, international setting and is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, structure, and high‑quality execution.
• Coordinate HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate locally, and plan operational activities.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and strategic decisions at the branch level.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving operational and business targets.
• Identify and develop local partnerships and initiatives that support growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders in a structured, proactive manner.
• Maintain an organized office environment and handle office‑management duties.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a management or coordination role.
• Previous experience in multinational or international companies is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of HR administration and local labor legislation (advantage).
• Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with at least B2 English proficiency.
