Commercial Assistant (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant who is fluent in French to support our order management and supplier coordination activities in Brasov. The role combines administrative precision with strong communication to ensure smooth post‑order processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the post‑order workflow, ensuring efficiency and reducing administrative burden.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate error‑free operations.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor delivery schedules, address transport or goods disputes, and propose corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset, and keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
