Commercial Assistant – Supplier & Order Management

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Commercial Assistant to join our Brasov team. In this role you will support the post‑order process, maintain supplier relationships and help ensure smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the post‑order workflow to increase efficiency and reduce administrative load.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to avoid errors.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor delivery schedules, address transport issues and resolve disputes related to delivered goods.
• Identify and propose process improvements and effective dispute‑resolution solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English (B2‑C1 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
