Working Student – Physical Logistics (SAP & Packaging)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our physical logistics team at Bosch in Blaj. The role combines daily logistics reporting, packaging material management and data handling using SAP and other IT tools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily logistics reports from SAP and Business Warehouse.
• Maintain SAP views for packaging materials and support creation of new part numbers.
• Process confirmations for packaging deliveries from suppliers.
• Track stock levels for packaging, MAZE, tools and consumables on the shop floor.
• Order consumable materials via the internal I‑Buy Pro system.
• Utilise various database applications to support logistics activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Good command of English.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Access.
• Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse.
• Familiarity with HTML, Microsoft SQL and FOX Pro.
• Basic programming knowledge in C++, Java or Python.
