Working Student in Logistics Quality

About the role

Join Bosch's Logistics Quality team in Cluj as a Working Student. You will support the end‑to‑end logistics claims process while gaining hands‑on experience in data analysis and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and operation of logistics claims processes.
• Assist daily operational activities within the Logistics Quality team.
• Help define processes for logistic claim fields.
• Generate reports from customer portals, ratings, and claim management systems.
• Engage in problem solving, customer communication, and negotiation.
• Create, execute, and analyse logistics data.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s student.
• Advanced English proficiency with professional written communication.
• Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic problem‑solving abilities.
