Logistics Specialist for Physical Logistics

About the role

The Logistics Specialist for Physical Logistics will support Bosch's production sites in Blaj by ensuring material availability, capacity planning and seamless order processing. You will act as a key link between customers, production teams and suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery and cost‑effective transport.

Key responsibilities

• Check customer orders, verify capacity and material availability, and provide daily confirmations.
• Secure raw materials required for the production plan and track blocked parts together with QMM.
• Update and optimise SAP parameters, run MRP and generate weekly production plans (2‑week horizon).
• Perform monthly forecast planning in SAP covering up to 12 months.
• Exchange information with production to optimise capacity‑oriented plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as transport cost, inventory levels and on‑time delivery, driving continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain work instructions for assigned processes.
• Coordinate logistical meetings with suppliers and ensure smooth information flow.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain or production planning within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPI trends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple planning cycles simultaneously.

Required skills

• SAP (including MRP and forecasting modules).
