Working Student in Logistics Quality Support

About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student supporting logistics quality. You will help ensure smooth transport operations, handle forwarder complaints, and contribute to continuous improvement in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage complaints towards forwarders, ensuring proper documentation and status transparency.
• Support analysis of transport‑related deviations and monitor complaint trends.
• Create and improve reports related to logistics quality KPIs.
• Run existing reports, verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in deep‑dive analyses of logistics processes to understand root causes of claims.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry in internal systems and external portals.
• Prepare presentations and reports for team meetings.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s student.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Well‑organized, structured way of working and proactive attitude.
• Open to learning new processes and systems.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
