Transport & Logistics Officer (French & English)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Transport & Logistics Officer to join our Bucharest team. The role involves coordinating freight movements between Europe and France, supporting buyers, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end logistics in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate transport between Europe–France and France–Europe platforms.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain logistical information (goods, pallets, weights) in close collaboration with buyers.
• Research and select transport solutions using databases, transport exchanges, and online platforms.
• Negotiate transport costs and contractual conditions.
• Monitor and track orders throughout the entire transport process.
• Develop and maintain a database of transport providers through market prospecting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in French and English (minimum B1 level).
• Previous experience in transport or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and stress‑management abilities.
• Reliable, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
