Technical Presales Engineer – Geosynthetics (m/f/d)

About the role

NAUE, a family-owned company active internationally and a global market leader in geosynthetics, is looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics for its Romanian office. You will market the company's products and services as part of custom solutions, support existing customers and acquire new ones, while giving technical advice on the selection and use of geosynthetics in environmental applications.

Key responsibilities

• Market products and services as part of custom solutions in Romania
• Support existing customers and acquire new customers
• Follow up on leads
• Give technical advice to designers, consultants and public institutions on geosynthetics for environmental uses
• Build trusting relationships with customers in design, consultancy, landfill and construction sectors
• Address customer needs and ensure products and services reach customers on time
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams, resolve questions and complaints
• Help generate new revenue and long-term relationships
• Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for stakeholders based on KPIs

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in business or sales management is an advantage
• Fluency in Romanian; English as a second language is mandatory
• Openness to business travel
