Support Representative - Croatian

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Support Representative for Croatian speakers in Bucharest. You will provide customer support to clients of a well-known company, answering their questions and helping them with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels
• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience

Required profile

• Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2 level or native speaker)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Previous customer service or support experience is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
