Specialist - F&A - I2C 4A (Rebates)

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Specialist in Finance & Administration (F&A) for its I2C 4A unit in Romania. The role covers rebate claims: processing them according to agreed procedures and timelines, calculating and validating amounts, keeping accurate records and supporting accrual and payment. It is a regular, hybrid position with a standard shift.

Key responsibilities

• Process rebate claims according to agreed procedures and timelines.
• Calculate and validate rebate amounts accurately.
• Review supporting documentation and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate rebate records in company systems.
• Perform routine reconciliations and data checks.
• Support rebate accrual and payment activities.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries about rebates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare standard reports and track assigned activities.
• Escalate complex issues or exceptions when needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Advanced French (C1).
