Senior SAP BRIM Consultant

About the role

Zalando’s Bucharest ERP team is seeking a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant to support B2B and B2C processes using SAP BRIM modules. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with the latest SAP technologies, collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level support for complex incidents and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support implementation of process improvements and projects, working closely with business teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through regular check‑ins and ensure their needs are met.
• Strengthen and mentor a sub‑team of five consultants, developing joint skills.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Proactively analyze system behavior, identify potential problems and implement solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing with team and stakeholders.
• Challenge long‑standing financial processes and drive innovation.

Required profile

• Proven extensive experience with SAP FI‑CA, FI‑INV and related modules.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with complex, evolving system landscapes.
• Embodies Zalando’s values: curiosity, adaptability and change‑driving.
• Strong understanding of business impact of system issues and excellent communication with all stakeholder levels.
• Analytical problem‑solver with excellent breakdown of complex issues.
• Team player with strong communication and mentoring abilities.

• Fluent English for an international work environment.

• SAP BRIM modules – Convergent Invoicing and Contract Accounting.
• SAP FI‑CA, FI‑INV, FI‑CO, FI‑GL.
• Integration knowledge with BCM and FSCM.
• S/4HANA 2023 FPS02.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• SAP Business Data Consolidation (BDC).
