Working Student – Controlling Digitalization

About the role

Join Bosch in Blaj as a Working Student supporting the Controlling Digitalization team. You will help automate reports, digitize data collection, and develop tools for performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and manage ad‑hoc requests, including prioritisation and escalation.
• Maintain and update monthly reporting files and automate operational reports.
• Digitise manual data‑collection activities and develop Power BI dashboards.
• Support digitalisation and continuous‑improvement projects and assist colleagues with report preparation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in university studies.
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Power BI.
• Basic SQL.
