S2P Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a S2P Transformation Manager to lead the Source to Pay transformation across Euromaster’s headquarters in France, the EBS in Bucharest, and European entities. This strategic role reports to the Program Leader and influences group‑level initiatives from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design and implement the Group‑wide Source to Pay Target Operating Model, defining governance, ownership, processes, KPIs and operational responsibilities.
• Lead S2P setup activities, service mutualisation into EBS Bucharest and drive transition planning, knowledge transfer, parallel run, operational readiness and go‑live.
• Manage multi‑country transformation workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with Finance, Procurement, IT, HQ, SSC and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–13 years of experience in complex transformation environments, including 4–6 years in management consulting as a Delivery Manager.
• Strong expertise in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay transformation and designing Target Operating Models.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑country transformation programs and navigating HQ/SSC/local stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
