Connected Solutions Administrator (French-speaking)

About the role

Michelin is hiring a Connected Solutions Administrator with French in Voluntari, Romania. The role covers managing contracts, prices and commercial conditions, invoicing, resolving anomalies and complaints, and ensuring compliance with financial transaction rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts, prices and commercial conditions: set manual prices and conditions correctly and on time according to contracts and KAM instructions, verify accuracy, run internal controls and keep contract archives up to date.
• Invoicing: collect information in the Michelin Solutions IT system, prepare invoices for all revenue streams, calculate and validate them within the billing calendar, and manage vehicle inflows, outflows and transfers so customer fleets stay updated.
• Analyze and resolve anomalies, unlock bordereaux, propose improvements, issue corrective documents, cancel incorrect ones and issue credits or debits where needed.
• Handle value complaints from customers and service providers: analyze, resolve and respond accurately, proposing practice improvements.
• Ensure traceability of financial transactions, archive supporting materials according to local regulations, and take part in audits, self-assessments and action plans for internal control points.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in French (B2+) and a good level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing or a related area.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data and internal systems.
• Collaborative, team-oriented and proactive.
