Record to Report Specialist – Romania & Poland

About the role

Join Aggreko’s finance team as a Record to Report Specialist, supporting operations in Romania and Poland. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the Business Process Outsourcing RTR team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for the BPO RTR team.
• Prepare manual ad‑hoc journal entries and corrections.
• Perform analytical reviews and validate balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Review and validate WHT and VAT reports.
• Prepare GAAP reconciliations and draft local statutory reports.
• Provide information to tax authorities, regulators, external auditors, and for transfer‑pricing documentation.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Romanian statutory processes and compliance.
• In‑depth expertise in Record to Report processes, month‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls and risk management.
• Strong self‑motivation, accountability and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in Romanian statutory reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in balance‑sheet reconciliation and GAAP reconciliation.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
