Senior Analyst - Enterprise Risk Advisory

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Senior Analyst for its Enterprise Risk Advisory practice, based in Romania. The role is hybrid and follows a standard work shift, and sits within a consultancy setting where analysts support clients' risk and control needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and data analysis for advisory projects.
• Support the development of risk models and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with consultants on client deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Contribute to insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics, or a Master's in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Certifications such as CFE (ACFE), CISA (ISACA), ITIL 4 Foundation or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate are listed.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
