Paralegal – Global Industry Legal Team Lead (Mid‑Level)

About the role

The Global Services Legal – Industry Practices team is looking for a mid‑level Paralegal to support its Global Industry Legal Team. This position acts as a cross‑industry liaison, assisting senior stakeholders and coordinating day‑to‑day legal activities across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external legal research on emerging technologies such as 5G, GenAI, and agents, and assess related risks and regulations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge libraries, templates, and briefing materials for industry practices.
• Provide regular updates to legal leadership on team priorities, metrics, and operational performance.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion, ensuring targets and success measures are met.
• Collaborate with other teams to create frameworks on technology, ethics, human rights, and legal issues.
• Support team leads with administrative tasks, calendar management, action plans, and coordination activities.
• Serve as a primary contact between industry sub‑sectors (Health, Products, Financial Services, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources) to promote collaboration and consistency.

Required profile

• Legal, paraprofessional, or secretarial certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize research into clear storylines.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of prioritizing work in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization.
