Senior Legal Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to support the legal activities of our international group. The role combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, offering a dynamic environment where you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and public institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and validate contracts with suppliers and partners across the group.
• Draft legal opinions and provide guidance on contractual and regulatory matters.
• Manage corporate documentation, statutory modifications, and support company incorporations and restructurings.
• Maintain relationships with external law firms, coordinate litigation, and oversee special contracts.
• Compile and analyze legal information, prepare reports, and monitor ongoing legal matters and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal advisory, preferably in business, corporate, or commercial law.
• Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
