Site Contracts Specialist – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist to support future clinical trial projects in Romania. The role involves managing contract processes, coordinating with investigators, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, including preparation, negotiation, and execution of site-specific agreements.
• Perform quality control, archive documents, and maintain contract templates and databases.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to resolve contractual and budgetary issues.
• Track contract milestones in the SSU system and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in contract management within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
