New Business Manager (m/f/d) – Hunter

About the role

NAUE, a global market leader in geosynthetics, is looking for a New Business Manager (m/f/d) in Romania. You will build new contacts and customer relationships with engineering firms and other clients, while providing technical advice on the selection and use of geosynthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Market the company's products and services
• Acquire new customers and decision-makers (engineering firms, etc.)
• Provide technical advice to construction companies and public institutions on the selection and use of geosynthetics
• Act as the link between the customer and the internal NAUE team and maintain an ongoing relationship with them
• Help generate new revenue leading to long-term relationships
• Prepare regular reports on developments and forecasts

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in business management or sales management (an advantage)
• Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
• Openness to business travel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
