Manager Capital Markets – Deals & Financial Reporting

About the role

As a Manager you will provide financial and accounting advisory services to banks, investment funds, insurance companies and other financial institutions. You will lead deals, post‑merger accounting support and regulatory reporting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support deals and post‑merger accounting activities.
• Prepare and deliver regulatory reports, including FINREP.
• Improve and streamline reporting processes.
• Provide financial reporting advice and prepare IFRS financial statements.
• Design and deliver workshops and training for banks and insurers.
• Assist clients in implementing new accounting standards.
• Offer accounting advice on complex topics.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in financial audit, banking or insurance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS (especially IFRS 9 and IFRS 16) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn new topics.
