HR & ESG Reporting & Analytics Specialist

About the role

The HR & ESG Reporting & Analytics Specialist will design, monitor and manage HR reporting and analytics for BASF Agricultural Solutions, covering workforce metrics, ESG disclosures and risk topics. The role works closely with HR Financial & ESG Reporting interfaces to ensure accurate, decision‑relevant data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reporting frameworks, KPIs and analytics solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate HR reporting interfaces with Finance, ESG and Risk to ensure data quality and clear ownership.
• Drive the evolution of HR analytics towards a data‑driven, insight‑oriented function, supporting standardisation and automation.
• Contribute to shaping the future HR IT landscape as the organisation builds its independent structure.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, business administration, economics, data analytics or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR reporting, analytics or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of HR data models, workforce metrics and ESG regulatory requirements.
• Very good English language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (e.g., SAP HCM / SuccessFactors).
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
