Front Line Manager - F&A - I2C 4B

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for F&A (I2C 4B) based in Romania, working remotely on a standard shift. The role balances cash related to collections and dispute management, implements and enforces the strategy, and leads a team while managing relationships with customers and country/regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Balance cash related to collections and dispute management, and implement and enforce the strategy
• Interact with end customers by call and email to collect past-due amounts
• Meet collections targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Manage customer and country/regional stakeholder relationships by email and conference calls
• Handle disputes on invoices, cash and collections
• Lead and take part in conference calls with country and regional financial managers, and in governance meetings at country and region level
• Ensure team members meet their deliverables, keep them motivated and analyse their performance against specifications and deadlines
• Set targets, manage appraisals, build talent, plan succession and train the team
• Drive operational improvements, including Lean and Six Sigma projects
• Analyse CRM and process-control KPIs to guarantee SLAs and propose process improvements
• Review escalation tickets and support the team when SLAs are missed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Advanced German (C1); German is required
• Understanding of outcome-based reports and of key metrics such as Days to Collect, collection efficiency, unallocated cash and unapplied cash
