Finance Transformation Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

As a Finance Transformation Consultant you will help banks, investment funds and other financial‑services organisations overcome finance and reporting challenges. Working with senior PwC professionals you will deliver transformation projects, improve reporting processes and implement technology‑enabled solutions that boost efficiency, compliance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business models, processes and reporting requirements, focusing on financial, regulatory and sustainability reporting.
• Design and implement finance transformation solutions to enhance compliance, efficiency and reporting quality.
• Participate in the deployment of reporting platforms and automation tools such as Workiva, Alteryx, Lucanet or similar.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Perform gap assessments against IFRS, regulatory and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Develop data‑driven, technology‑enabled reporting solutions using advanced Excel, SQL or Python.
• Support proposal preparation, thought‑leadership and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Cybernetics, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, regulatory or sustainability reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
