Experienced Legal Counsel or Lawyer for RO and BG

About the role

Bosch Romania is looking for a highly skilled Legal Counsel / Lawyer to join its in‑house legal team in Bucharest on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. The role serves as a trusted business partner, providing comprehensive legal advice and strategic support to Bosch entities operating in Romania and Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable legal counsel to all Bosch entities in Romania and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance with corporate strategy.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements, supplier contracts and procurement arrangements.
• Support R&D initiatives and public‑funding programmes, including collaboration agreements with academic and research partners.
• Prepare corporate documentation such as shareholders’ resolutions, articles of association, board decisions and UBO declarations; manage filings with the National Trade Registry Office.
• Monitor legislative developments, assess business impact and advise local management.
• Manage debt‑recovery actions, pre‑litigation steps and support insolvency proceedings.
• Represent Bosch before public authorities, courts and private entities in coordination with the General Legal Counsel.
• Collaborate with central legal functions to ensure consistent legal standards across the group.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a legal counsel or lawyer serving corporate clients.
• Proven ability to advise on commercial contracts, corporate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Romanian and Bulgarian legal frameworks.
• Experience handling debt‑recovery, pre‑litigation and insolvency matters.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor legislative changes and provide strategic advice.
