Collections Analyst with Dutch

About the role

Join Accenture's Finance team as a Collections Analyst, supporting Order to Cash operations across several Romanian locations. You will work in a hybrid setting, handling billing, collections and customer account management while communicating in both Dutch and English.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day billing, collections and account management activities.
• Contact customers by email and phone to resolve payment queries, overdue balances and account discrepancies.
• Review financial information, maintain accurate customer data and identify errors for corrective action.
• Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of Order to Cash processes.

Required profile

• Advanced Dutch and English language skills.
• High school diploma (mandatory) and at least 1 year of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Ability to understand finance processes and apply logical thinking to daily tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools for customer interaction.
• Basic computer literacy for reviewing financial data and updating account records.
