Business Analyst

About the role

IVFuture is looking for a Business Analyst who will help clients turn their needs into clear software requirements. You will work directly with customers from hospitality, fitness, retail, healthcare, logistics and professional services, helping them find opportunities for digitalization, process automation and AI adoption. You will act as the bridge between clients, product teams, developers, QA engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand how their business works, what challenges they face and what they want to achieve.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for software and AI solutions.
• Create requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications for the development team.
• Work with clients, developers, QA engineers and project managers so everyone understands the project requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through software, automation and AI.
• Take part in defining software solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Support testing and verify that delivered functionality meets the agreed requirements.
• Help clients during implementation, onboarding and adoption, and keep project documentation organized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Ability to understand business needs and turn them into clear software requirements.
• Good communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, workflows or business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
• Nice to have: experience with software products or SaaS platforms, interest in AI, automation and digital transformation, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro or Figma.
