Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote)

About the role

CoverGo is a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and property & casualty insurance, working with enterprise clients such as AXA, Bupa and MSIG. It is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for its health insurance business, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and define analytical solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and gather and document complex requirements through interviews and workshops
• Create test cases, oversee testing and help support QA, UAT and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance
• Develop business requirement documents and user stories, and assist in estimating project tasks
• Monitor the work of other business analysts, update process documentation and support the technical development cycle of mobile apps or web portals

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required; insurtech experience is preferred
• A health insurance domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage

Required skills

• Requirements definition, translation to technical solutions, Agile prioritization and user acceptance testing
• Facilitation, process documentation and technical writing (a plus)
• Agile and/or Scrum experience is a must
• English communication skills; technical writing is a plus
