Working Student – Manufacturing Engineering Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our manufacturing engineering team at the Bosch Cluj plant. You will gain hands‑on experience with production equipment, processes and data management while applying your university knowledge in real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise with plant equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Support production projects by applying theoretical knowledge.
• Perform data‑entry tasks and keep databases up‑to‑date.
• Participate in trainings and development activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Robotics or related.
• Conversational English for communication with multicultural colleagues.
• Medium‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in learning manufacturing processes and supporting plant ramp‑up.
