Working Student – Production Digitalization

About the role

We are looking for a motivated working student to develop and implement digital solutions that automate operational reporting, monitor production KPIs and digitise manual data collection at our Blaj plant.

Key responsibilities

• Automate operational reports.
• Monitor production KPIs.
• Digitise manual data‑collection activities.
• Create dashboards and analysis tools.
• Support digitalisation and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Student in Computer Science, Automation, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and data‑visualisation concepts.
• Interest in manufacturing digitalisation, automation and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work with large data sets and turn data into meaningful insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, curious and eager to learn new technologies.
• Conversational English language skills.
