Purchasing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to lead purchasing‑related projects with a strong focus on quality, time and cost. The role will act as the main contact between Bosch Rexroth and its suppliers throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bosch Rexroth in interaction with suppliers during project phases as the main contact person.
• Work in close cooperation with the project team or other internal specialists.
• Plan project activities according to the Bosch Supplier Quality Management Process.
• Align and coordinate implementation of activities with project members and other involved parties.
• Monitor overall project progress and report status to management and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during the tendering process.
• Assess feasibility of supplier processes and advocate for proactive issue resolution.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Well‑organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive, independent and capable of leading projects to success.

Required skills

• Technical studies in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Project management know‑how.
• Experience in preventive quality, purchasing or mechanical processing (preferred).
• English language at B2 level (German or other languages a plus).
