About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT support team at Airbus Aerostructures in Brasov for a fixed two‑month apprenticeship. The role offers hands‑on experience with hardware, software and user support in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, installing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Support software and operating system installation, updates and configuration.
• Monitor and process tickets from the internal IT support system, resolve simple issues and escalate complex ones.
• Maintain user accounts, update employee profiles and manage security settings.
• Document and track IT inventory, including hardware assets and software licences.
• Participate in special projects such as system migrations, network upgrades and creation of internal technical documentation.

Required profile

• Current student in an IT‑related field.
• Strong interest in technical support and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow security and compliance guidelines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of workstation hardware and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with software installation and operating system configuration.
• Understanding of ticketing systems and user account management.
