AI & Cloud Development Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Cloud Development Engineer to lead the integration of Google AgentSpace across Bosch Group. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying AI‑powered solutions on Google Cloud, enabling new business models and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for embedding Google AgentSpace into Bosch’s IT landscape.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable AI applications using Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, Pub/Sub, Firestore/Cloud SQL and related services.
• Build robust backend systems and data pipelines in Python.
• Create and manage high‑performance RESTful APIs for internal and external integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionise ML/NLP models and optimise their performance.
• Ensure operational excellence through MLOps and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and help establish an internal centre of excellence for Google AgentSpace.
• Identify new use‑cases for the platform and drive their implementation.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP and AI system architecture.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Functions, App Engine, Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud SQL, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Generative AI APIs).
• Proven ability to design, develop and secure RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with serverless architectures and MLOps/DevOps practices.
