Working Student - Digitalization Team

About the role

As a Working Student in the Digitalization Team you will validate data structures and configurations, test projects in Manufacturing Execution and Analysis Systems, and extract manufacturing data using SQL to create operational reports and dashboards. You will work closely with Process Engineers, Maintenance and IT to identify digital transformation use cases on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Validate data structures and configurations in Manufacturing Execution and Analysis Systems.
• Test and verify project setups to ensure reliable production data.
• Extract and analyse manufacturing data with SQL queries to build basic operational reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers, Maintenance and IT departments to identify and implement digital transformation use cases on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Technical (Automation or Telecommunication) or IT study program.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong interest in manufacturing technology and digitalisation.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms.
• Problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
