Senior MLOps specialist (3‑Month Project)

About the role

Intetics is seeking a Senior MLOps specialist for a full‑time, three‑month project. The role is flexible on location and compensation for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate a scalable, traceable, FDA‑ready data platform linking on‑prem DGX systems with AWS for a 2026 submission.
• Implement ingestion and quality‑control automation for CT DICOM, video/C‑Arm, and radiology reports.
• Run distributed processing on AWS Batch (Spot) for large‑scale QC, predictions, and derivative generation.
• Deploy ClearML for dataset versioning, lineage, and experiment tracking.
• Optimize training data access with Lance (or equivalent) for fast loading and incremental updates.
• Create a PostgreSQL‑backed enrichment service for metadata, labels, and predictions, with optional OpenSearch‑based search.
• Integrate and manage labeling workflows (Encord preferred) including RBAC, QC, audit trails, and algorithmic label ingestion.
• Establish a governed clinical validation environment meeting 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA/PHI requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with medical imaging data (CT, DICOM) and PACS systems.
• Proven ability to design and run data ingestion pipelines, QC automation, and distributed processing on AWS.
• Hands‑on knowledge of clinical AI validation, regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA), and secure data handling.
