Full-Stack Developer – AI Trainer (Remote, Romania)

About the role

Anyone AI is seeking experienced Full‑Stack Developers to collaborate with a leading AI lab on realistic software‑engineering tasks. The work is part‑time, project‑based and fully remote, allowing consultants to manage their own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
• Create clear natural‑language specifications, reference implementations, and comprehensive test suites.
• Review peer‑generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism, providing actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• 3–7 years of professional software‑engineering experience.
• Experience working on production‑grade backend or full‑stack systems.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Java, C# or Go.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Proven ability to debug large codebases, conduct code reviews, and perform refactoring or migration tasks.
